ljulian12: Lauren Julian obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from California State University, Northridge in December 2012. Currently, she works full-time at the university as an External Relations Coordinator. This blog was established primarily for content collected in regards to the Student Recreation Center at CSUN, as well as information on health, fitness, and nutrition. She would like to blog about her current weight loss and new love for fitness. Lauren is a California State University, Channel Islands Communication alum and a former intern for the Ventura County Reporter. She is also the LA Day Trips Examiner for Examiner.com and has explored and reviewed various areas and locales in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
